CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser is designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. The high-quality steel used in the production of our machines is cut, welded, and precisely machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are additionally ribbed, which ensures high rigidity and eliminates vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our machines are driven by high-resolution and high-power Schneider AC servo motors (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), providing optimal acceleration and speed in each direction. Power transmission is achieved via high-quality planetary gearboxes. The X and Y axes are equipped with classic and proven helical racks, guaranteeing durability and precision.

CUTTING HEAD
Sheet metal cutting is performed using a water-cooled WSX head. High-grade quartz glass lenses focus the dispersed laser beam onto the material, ensuring high cutting accuracy. The HSU system regulates the height of the cutting head, compensating for material irregularities. A protective window located between the nozzle and the lens safeguards the lens assembly from molten metal splatter.

LASER SOURCE
The machine is equipped with a Raycus Laser light source characterized by high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and high beam quality. This ensures faster and more reliable operation while minimizing operator-induced errors. The source is also resistant to back reflection, i.e., the return of the beam to the laser. Stable power output ensures effective operation with low energy consumption.

COOLING

Industrial double-temperature S&A CWFL chillers are specially designed for fiber laser cooling. They feature multiple alarm functions: compressor delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarm.

EXCHANGEABLE WORK TABLE
The exchangeable work table, located at the rear of the machine, minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes just 10 seconds, allowing the operator to remove cut parts and load a new sheet while the laser operates on the second table. This system ensures highly efficient production flow.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in optimal condition, racks and guides must be oiled at least every few days. The automatic system initiates lubrication at preset intervals and in the correct quantity, with all parameters configurable via software.
