FIBER CUT laser cutting machines are a revolutionary solution in the laser cutting market. CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser is designed and manufactured entirely in our own factory. High-quality steel used in the construction is cut, welded, and precisely machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are reinforced with additional ribs to achieve high rigidity, eliminating vibrations and deformations.

Our machines are powered by high-resolution, high-power Schneider AC servo systems (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), ensuring adequate acceleration and speeds along all axes. Power transmission is ensured by premium planetary gearboxes. The X and Y axes use proven helical racks, guaranteeing durability and accuracy.

CUTTING HEAD
The cutting head is a water-cooled WSX model. High-grade quartz glass lenses focus the dispersed laser beam on the material, ensuring precise cuts. The HSU system automatically adjusts the head height to compensate for material irregularities. A protective window, located between the nozzle and the lens, shields the lens assembly from molten metal splatter.

LASER SOURCE
The machine uses a Raycus Laser light source, which provides high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and a high-quality beam. This results in faster, more effective operation and reduces the risk of operator errors. The source is also resistant to back reflections. Stable power output ensures efficient work with minimal energy consumption.

COOLING
Industrial dual-temperature S&A CWFL chillers are specifically designed for fiber laser cooling. They feature various alarm functions: compressor delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarms, and high/low temperature alarms.

EXCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE
The exchangeable worktable, located at the rear of the machine, minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table change takes just 10 seconds, allowing the operator to remove cut pieces and load new sheets while the laser continues to operate on the second table. This ensures highly efficient, uninterrupted production.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in optimal condition—gears and guides must be lubricated with oil at least every few days. The automatic system dispenses oil at set intervals and quantities, all controlled via the software.
