Purpose of use: Mining

We manufacture mobile primary, primary-secondary, or tertiary impact crushers. Mounted on a trailer, equipped with a feed hopper, conveyor belt, and grizzly, for separating clay and soil from stone. Combination units featuring both crusher and screen, or screens with two, three, or four decks, are also available.

Final product sizes include subbase materials: 0–30 mm, 0–60 mm, or 0–100 mm, as well as asphalt construction fractions: 0/4, 4/8, 8/11, 11/16, 8/16, 16/22, 16/32 mm.

The plant is designed for processing soft and medium-hard rock. Technological advancements now allow impact crushers to process even under challenging working conditions. With a tertiary impact crusher, even in tough environments, impact hammers can pre-crush up to 40,000 m³ of gravel or volcanic rock.

The plant is powered either by cable from a transformer station or by generator.

Plant dimensions are customized according to project specifications.
