STANDARD CONDITIONS
The plant is designed for the production of 160 t/h road mix with a finished product at an initial moisture content of 4% and 160°C under the following standard conditions:
• Aggregate temperature at dryer inlet: 10°C
• Altitude: sea level
• Average density of feed aggregates: 1,650 kg/m³
• Heavy fuel oil No. 6 calorific value ≥ 9,200 kCal/kg
• Heavy fuel oil No. 4 calorific value ≥ 9,700 kCal/kg
• Calorific value for diesel oil ≥ 10,200 kCal/kg
• Natural gas calorific value ≥ 7,600 kCal/kg
• Temperature increase of hot aggregates: 160 K
• Residual moisture content in mix: 0.3%
• Max. aggregate size: 40 mm
• Screen passing 3 mm: 35%
• Material is non-porous and non-hygroscopic with normal shape
• Production tolerance level according to environmental and parameter conditions: ±4%

COLD AGGREGATE BUNKERS
• Four cold aggregate bins made of 5 mm St 37 sheet steel must be provided, each approximately 20 m³ in volume and manufactured separately.
• The bins must feature 800 mm high upper extensions made from 6 mm sheet to prevent material overflow.
• The bin discharge must be executed with a moving group.
• The discharge flow for each bunker must be frequency-controlled (speed-controlled) upon request and adjustable from the computer screen.
• The number of bunkers for flowing material must be adjustable by a manual gate, installable on each bin.
• If aggregates run out in the bins, a warning system must be present, displaying a warning sign on the computer screen to alert the operator.
• A vibrator motor, controlled from the computer screen, must be fitted so that it facilitates material flow and prevents clogging in bins with fine materials.
• A conveyor belt system must be installed under each bin to ensure material flow.
• Each bin must be equipped with modular grids made from 10x50 mm sheets with 10 mm diameter rods.
• Silo loading width: 3,000 x 2,400 mm.
• An emergency rope pull-stop system must be provided.
• Possible faults in the belts must be displayed on the computer screen.

2. SUB-BUNKER COLD AGGREGATE COLLECTOR BELT
• The horizontal belt must convey material taken separately from each bin in a controlled manner to the inclined dryer belt and be capable of delivering material to a plant with a capacity of 160 t/h.

• The rubber belt must be 10 mm thick, 800 mm wide, with four layers of canvas and 4 x EP 125 quality.
• Belt start/stop control must be operable from the computer screen. For end-of-season material discharge, the belt may run in reverse independently of other units.
• The horizontal belt chassis must be manufactured from structural steel, designed for smooth belt operation, and fitted with a belt tension system.
• The belt must be equipped with a separation system at each end.
• The drive drum must be rubber-coated and set at a 1-degree angle.
