Manual segmented swiveled bending machine, 2 meter working width

The SGR model features segmented bending tools on all three clamping beams: upper, lower, and bending beam. This allows for sheet metal to be bent on all sides, enabling the fabrication of complex box shapes or workpieces with upward and downward flanges.

This is a highly versatile, powerful, heavy, and extremely robust segmented folding bench—not a typical folding machine, but much stronger and more durable.

A segmented folding bench is characterized by full segmentation along the entire 2-meter working length.
Upper and lower segments can be removed easily and quickly, and the bending beam is divided into segments.
The bending angle is adjustable from 0 to 160 degrees.
Clamping is done by foot pedal, keeping your hands free to conveniently position the sheet—opening and closing via foot control.
The bending beam is fitted with two gas pressure dampers, making operation of the bending beam exceptionally easy.

At the rear of the machine, there are two practical toolboxes for segments or tools.
