Die Maschine ist mit einem modernen CNC-Steuerungssystem ausgestattet, das vom
Hersteller entwickelt wurde.
Mit Eingabe aller relevanten Prozessdaten und Werkstückdaten, um die Maschine
einfach und schnell für andere Werkstückgrößen einzustellen (Umrüstzeit).
Alle Prozessparameter werden grafisch auf dem Monitor dargestellt und bieten
dem Benutzer einen optimierten
Prozesszyklus.
Aufgesetzte (Werkstück-) Zentrumswalzvorrichtung für wellenförmige Werkstücke
(wie Getriebewellen) mit
Mittellöchern, mit einer Spannvorrichtung, mit prismatischen Vorhaltern zur
Positionierung des Werkstücks
vor dem Spannen und mit einem motorisierten (angetriebenen) Reitstockzentrum
auf der Vorderseite des Werkstücks.
Der Hub des Werkstückschlittens beträgt ca. 500 mm - das Werkstück wird also
geklemmt und hydraulisch
zwischen den beiden Walzwerkzeugen bewegt.
Kühlgerät für das Hydrauliköl, separater Schaltschrank, CNC-Bedienfeld usw.
Durchsichtige Sicherheitsabdeckungen im Arbeitsbereich. Zentralschmierung.
