Discover the advanced F1200 finishing machine, equipped with an intuitive HMI touchscreen for effortless operation. This interface allows operators to easily switch between various finishing programs, ensuring high reproducibility of product quality and minimizing operator errors. Depending on the materials to be processed, you can choose a system with vacuum or magnetic support.

At the infeed side, burrs and surface irregularities are removed by a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth and burr-free surface. This is followed by four oscillating drum brushes that apply light pressure. The brushes provide uniform edge rounding of all sides and holes, both around and within the flat-ground product, leading to the most optimal finish.

Additionally, the F1200 is also available in an XL version, which adds a fourth additional station. This station features a second grinding unit that enables either a line finish using a finer grinding belt or finishing with a Scotch-Brite belt.

The F1200 offers options for automatic brush calibration to ensure consistent precision, along with full ERP integration and seamless incorporation into automated production environments. In short, it is a finishing machine that is fully prepared for the future!
