The Q-FIN TOPGRINDER is a semi-automatic universal metal surface finishing machine featuring a robust and ergonomic design. With the appropriate tooling, this unit allows you to deburr, grind surfaces, round sharp edges, remove slag, eliminate oxidation, and/or polish your products.

The TOPGRINDER uses a vacuum system, integrated into the worktable, for product fixation.

The TOPGRINDER features two stations that can accommodate different types of tools. You can install various grinding tools, from standard M14 mounting tools to QUICK RELEASE disc brushes. The grinding pressure is adjustable via a balancing lever. The worktable size is 1280 x 780 mm. Product length is not limited, as the side table plates can be easily lowered to accommodate longer parts. The front panel of the table can also be folded down, which is useful for processing wider components.

Using the Q-FIN TOPGRINDER will make your work not only more convenient and faster but also safer. The machine is equipped with an integrated two-button safety system, requiring both of the operator’s hands to be removed from the worktable before the machine can be started.
