Integrated Tube Cutting Line – Standard Version
The integrated tube cutting line is a fully automatic system for precision machining of tubes and profiles. It combines cutting, brushing/deburring, washing, drying, measuring, and stacking in a continuous process. All workpieces are 100% inspected for length, internal and external diameter within the system. Scrap parts are automatically rejected.

The bundle loading magazine is designed for tube lengths up to 9 m. The system enables damage-free separation and positioning of the tubes. Following the cutting process, deburring, cleaning, and drying are carried out before the workpieces are automatically stacked.
