Additional changes/optimisations made to the original machine:
- External stroke adjustment
- New cross-machine, reproducible tool length adjustment system

- Safety guard door with monitoring (integrated in the emergency stop circuit)
- Machine enclosure below the guard door, with chip guard and tool storage area
- Electrical probe for clamping jaws (tool removal check to prevent unintentional retraction of the pull bridge)
- Coolant swivel system with switching solenoid valve during the swivel process (enables coolant to be switched on before broaching stroke is initiated » visual check of lubricant flow—no dry cut!)
- Routing of electrical cables in steel protective conduits
- Heavy-duty control cabinet bracket for machine components
- Additional oil-tight tray mounted on the control cabinet
- Three-sided splash guard cabin (w = 960 x d = 450 x h = 590 mm)
- Reinforced chip screen with magnetic separator
- Operating panel made of stainless steel sheet with durable labeling
- Four central lubrication points for the trapezoidal spindle drive

Remarks:
The machine has been completely overhauled; the machine body is fully refurbished. All wear parts have been replaced.
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made of cast wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals replaced
- The coolant system (pump, solenoid valve, drain valve), including the coolant/lubricant swivel system, is new
- The clamping jaws are new
- The complete electrical system (control cabinet) is new
- All covers and enclosures are new
- The following components have been overhauled and reused:

-- Machine table with table insert
-- Pull bridge (clamping jaws are new)
-- Gear wheels
-- Electric motor (new brake, new bearings)

The machine is in stock at our warehouse and can be inspected under power.
