Note:
The machine has been completely overhauled, and the machine body fully refurbished. The following wear parts have been replaced:
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made from cast wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals renewed
- The coolant system (pump, check valve, and drain cock) including the coolant/lubricant pivot system is new
- Coolant supply is controlled by a solenoid valve, which can be operated via the pivot system
- The carriage as well as clamping jaws and gear segments are new
- A switchable clamping jaw monitoring system has been installed (additional safety for operator & to prevent tool breakage)
- A safety door with interlock, signal indicator, and door locking mechanism
- The tool length setting system has been relocated outside the machine enclosure
- Additional limit switches have been installed
- The complete electrical system (control cabinet) is new
- No PLC is installed; the machine is electrically maintenance-friendly
- New drive motor (by SEW Germany) with brake
- The machine has been newly painted with 2-component structural paint

General:
The double spindle drive ensures smooth and central pulling as well as a constant broaching speed (broaching speed selectable at 3 m/min or 6 m/min).
Due to its design, the machine is quick and easy to set up for broaching with flat broach tools for keyway machining.
Thanks to the universally designed carriage and machine table, both profile and flat broaching can be performed without the need for additional pull heads.
