Equipped with two automation units—one loading and one unloading unit—the LaserFLEX decouples the feeding of a laser cutting system. After cutting, a fork unit lifts the processed metal sheet from the pallet changer. At the same time, a new sheet is transported from the connected warehouse by a vacuum unit. As soon as the sheet is ready beside the laser system, the loader equips the machine with the workpiece. This process takes just one minute. With the LaserFLEX, downtime for the integrated laser cutting machines is virtually eliminated, even high-speed lasers are optimally supported.
