A complete powder packaging line from DL Packaging consists of:

- An SDX dosing system with a custom-designed auger screw, specifically developed for the customer’s powder characteristics.
- A VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) packaging machine that forms, fills, and seals the bags.
- A discharge conveyor that gently receives and transports the filled bags.
- A cartoning machine that automatically packs the bags into cartons.

Our systems handle every type of powdered product from 5 to 30 kg, including milk powder, coffee, spices, sugar, and fine chemicals.
We offer multiple packaging formats—pillow bags, block-bottom bags, stand-up pouches, doypacks, and Stabilo bags—with production capacities of up to 100 bags per minute.
