The Mechatronics RPU-2100R is a reagent production unit used in the field of hematology to optimize reagent logistics in laboratories. The device is manufactured by RR Mechatronics and is often used in combination with hematology analyzers by Sysmex.

Purpose and Function

The RPU-2100R (Reagent Production Unit) is designed to automatically dilute concentrated reagents (such as Cellpack S Conc.) and to produce large quantities of ready-to-use reagent on site in the laboratory.

The RPU-2100R is a standalone unit with all components housed within a closed enclosure. The housing features removable, epoxy-coated sheet metal covers. All external connections as well as the ON/OFF switch are located on the rear of the device. All components that require user maintenance and replacement are accessible via the front door. The trolley for the Cellpack concentrate (e.g., Cellpack®-S Conc.) can be docked to three sides of the device at your convenience.
