Deskripsi
The SAFAN E-Brake series features machines equipped with an electric drive, which has been successfully used in our machines for nearly 30 years. Currently, the largest model of electric-powered presses is available with a capacity of up to 300 tons and features a patented design by the manufacturer.
Lenze motors and servomotors controlled by long-life inverters ensure fast and reliable operation of the system for many thousands of working hours.
Thanks to the innovative drive solution, the machine mainly consumes electric energy during the downward movement of the ram and the bending process. The ram return is enabled by the force of springs mounted on both sides of the machine.
Additionally, during idling, the machine practically consumes no energy, as there is no hydraulic pump motor required to maintain pressure like in hydraulic press brakes.
We estimate energy consumption to be up to 70% lower compared to conventional hydraulic presses.
Moreover, the electric drive is insensitive to temperature fluctuations that may occur in production halls.
The machine performs excellently in both long and short production runs.
