SAPI premium pressure blasting unit, 200 liters, with cyclone cleaner and abrasive vacuum system for abrasive recycling. This blasting system offers a cost-effective, highly economical, and efficient solution for open blasting operations with semi-automatic abrasive recycling.

Open blasting system for manual sandblasting of various types of workpieces, operated by one blasting operator with integrated abrasive recycling.

After blasting, the abrasive media is manually collected and pushed into the floor-mounted collection hopper. The abrasive vacuum draws the media from the hopper, passing it through the cyclone cleaner. In this process, dust is extracted and collected in the vacuum’s dust container; coarse debris is separated via a screen.

The cleaned abrasive then returns to the ventilated pressure blast vessel, making it available for reuse.

Our SAPI safety shutoff ensures a safe and economically efficient blasting process. Remote control allows the operator to start and stop the blast vessel using a hand lever mounted on the blast hose assembly.

- SAPI Premium blast vessel, 200 liters with 1 1/4" piping, pressure regulated from 0.1 – 12 bar, maximum operating pressure 12 bar
- High-performance water separator 1 1/4", permanently mounted to the unit
- SAPI safety shutoff
- Cyclone cleaner for abrasive recycling with lifting device
- Abrasive media sieve (insert sieve for the blast vessel hopper)
- Filling hopper 500x500x380 mm
- 4 m connection hose from filling hopper to cyclone cleaner
- 3 m connection hose from cyclone cleaner to abrasive vacuum
- Abrasive vacuum, 5.5 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz, with 70-liter dust container
- 10 m blast hose assembly 25x7 mm, fully assembled with nozzle holder, hand lever, control line, and blast hose coupling
