Cone Bending:
For cone bending, all rollers except the top roller can be tilted. The roller positions can be read off the display instruments. For semi-automatic or fully automatic machine operation, the roller bearing blocks are equipped with scale strips and cam followers for limit switch activation. This allows the rollers to return to the same preset position each time, resulting in very high uniformity of the rolled shells.
