Rule: For large envelopes, push the bypass belts outwards; for small envelopes, push the bypass belts (22) inwards. CONNECTION TO THE PRINTING MACHINE The STENZ FEEDER does not require synchronization. Simply guide the feeder into the printing machine using the handles and set the required height using the hand crank. Important: Only after the print height has been set should the rear rollers be locked and the stability checked. Switch the machine on and begin printing. For single sheet feeder printing machines (GTO), the inclination is adjustable. Trouble-free envelope printing can begin. Developed for demanding use at maximum printing speed. Compatible with all 36 x 52 printing presses, regardless of the feeder system (overlapping/individual sheet feed). - Requires no mechanical modifications to the press. - No synchronization settings required in accordance with laser technology. - Extremely short setup time enables economic use from as little as 1,000 envelopes. - Easy operation. - The feeder's design enforces sheet overlap. Output capacity of the Stenz Feeder is therefore not restricted. - Minimal wear parts for extremely long service life. - Approved in thousands of different printing machines already. - A Swiss quality product. - Designed by printers for printers.
