Description: The plant processes sheet metal from coils up to a maximum width of 1500 mm. The coil scale handles 11 tons of material continuously—crosswise, lengthwise, and at angles. Longitudinal strips can be divided into four parts using slitting knives. The plant features a straightening unit with a 5-roll straightener, followed by slitting knives, angle shears, a conveyor belt, and a stacking system with integrated weighing scale.

The complete line is designed for cutting sheet metal from coils into various blanks and panels. The entire subsystem is mounted on a common frame with approximate dimensions of 5 x 15 m. It is maintenance-friendly, energy-efficient, and in excellent condition. The machine is connected and can be tested or demonstrated.
