The RS65 line features a strip cleaning tunnel and an in-line cold-reduction mill (Carl Wetzel KG) with Vollmer thickness control, ensuring precise strip management (reduction from 0.03 to 0.3 mm).

The ABBEY ETNA forming section includes motorized forming (breakdown) stands, finpass stands, 250 kW HF welder, complete internal scarfing and triple external scarfing, plus a 6-stand motorized sizing section.

In-line quality control & final finish

Equipped with Prüftechnik Eddycheck 610 eddy-current inspection, demagnetization, automatic defect marking, anti-corrosion oiling, and MAIR automatic magnetic bundling system – providing a fully finished, delivery-ready end product.

High-speed cutting

SEUTHE TS90 flying saw with OPTRONIC linear CNC control and non-marking grippers, designed for production speeds up to 100 m/min.

This line produces consistently high-quality tubes, with integrated thickness control and comprehensive in-line inspection, optimized for advanced industrial applications.
