Fully automatic printing tower for four-sided printing of beverage crates

Electropneumatically controlled, fully automatic screen printing machine for printing on crate bodies, featuring microprocessor control. Equipped with infeed, printing, and ejection station; pneumatic squeegee pressure is adjustable via a manometer; pneumatic squeegee switching with quick-clamp system; adjustable squeegee stroke and pressure. In setup mode, printing movements can be individually configured.

All four sides of a crate can be printed simultaneously with different colors and designs in a single pass. With a capacity of up to 800 crates per hour, the machine ensures high productivity thanks to precise reproduction capability.

Special hose pumps apply the ink to the horizontally positioned screen templates, ensuring each side of the crate receives a uniform ink application.

Screens can be exchanged within minutes, minimizing downtime.
