System for Drawing Oil Preparation in Tube Production

The system is designed for the optimal preparation of undrawn tubes for the subsequent drawing process. In this process, the tubes are evenly treated in drawing oil baths, ensuring uniform wetting of the surface.

The drawing oil bath provides consistent lubrication, which reduces frictional resistance during the drawing process, improves surface quality, and extends the service life of the tooling. The system is engineered to guarantee a continuous material flow as well as constant bath temperature and quality. As such, it represents a key process step in tube manufacturing and makes a significant contribution to the quality and efficiency of production.
