The installation is designed for the optimal preparation of undrawn tubes prior to the subsequent drawing process. Here, the tubes are evenly treated in drawing oil baths, ensuring a homogeneous wetting of the surface.

The drawing oil bath guarantees uniform lubrication, reducing friction during the drawing process, improving surface quality, and extending tool life. The installation is engineered to provide a continuous material flow as well as constant bath temperature and quality. As such, it represents a key process step in tube production and contributes significantly to the quality and efficiency of manufacturing.
