SK CONTROL - industrial-grade marking software.
Specifically developed for laser marking applications. The development has been substantially influenced by user collaboration and is characterized by its clear and simple operation. Import logos, photos, or characters at the click of a mouse. The intuitive operator interface allows the import of various file types.
The red pilot laser indicates the position of the laser as a red rectangle. You can easily move this to the desired position using the keyboard arrow keys, ensuring correct placement.
You can save entire jobs, supporting consistent quality. Your laser parameters for different materials can be organized user-friendly via a parameter library.
WORKSTATION
Laser safety class 1
Combined seated/standing workstation with ample legroom for comfortable seated work.
Constructed from aluminum profiles with panels. The front door features laser safety glass, providing a clear view of your work. The work area is illuminated by a bright work light.
Dimensions approx. H = 1760 x W = 920 x D = 1200 mm
For quick positioning with magnets, the work platform consists of a stainless steel plate with 25 mm grid pattern, approx. 710 x 400 mm in size.
Redundant safety equipment:
- Emergency stop
- Interlock with 2 standard relays
- Safety relay for opening monitoring, Performance Level 4
The complete rear side is designed as a door. For safety reasons, it is fastened with screws and can be easily opened if necessary. This facilitates inserting oversized parts. (Caution: when the door is open, laser safety class 4 applies.)
Z-axis motorized, the laser head with integrated marking head is automatically adjusted to the desired focus distance. Travel range: 500 mm gross (net travel depends on installed lens). Extraction port DN50 for connecting an extraction hose (not included).
