Professional fully automatic packaging system from a renowned European manufacturer, consisting of three components: infeed conveyor, fully automatic L-sealer, and shrink tunnel. The machines can thus be operated either together as a complete line or individually. Suitable, for example, for packaging food products, technical items, printed and paper products, household goods, toys, and textiles.

Infeed Conveyor GH 1000 / 400:

Fully Automatic L-sealer FP 6000 CS:
- The L-sealer is equipped with multiple monitoring sensors, light barriers, and photo cells to control the automatic process, as well as mechanically adjustable product guides. User-friendly control panel with extensive functions and setting options such as automatic mode and setup operation, memory slots for different packaging formats, piece counter, packaging output calculation, multipack functions, communication functions, password levels, and energy-saving features.
- Motorized adjustment of the sealing frame and the forming angle.
- Packaging output: up to approx. 50 pieces / minute.
- Maximum product length approx. 600 mm (sealing bar length of the L-sealer approx. 650 mm).
- Maximum product width approx. 400 mm (cross bar length of the L-sealer approx. 500 mm).
- Maximum product height approx. 200 mm (opening at the L-sealer approx. 300 mm).
- Maximum film roll width approx. 600 mm. The film can be perforated using 4 adjustable needle rings.
- Height adjustable via machine feet.

Shrink Tunnel Smipack T 450:
- Up to 10 programs can be stored.
- Tunnel opening approx. 450 x 250 mm.
- Temperature adjustable from 85 to 200°C.
- Conveyor speed adjustable from 2.8 to 9.4 m / min.
- Several adjustable deflection plates at both tunnel entrance and exit for controlling hot air flow.
- Lockable castors allow the machine to be moved or fixed in position.
- Adjustable outfeed roller conveyor with protective cover (removable), approx. 1 m long and 400 mm wide.

The system was used to pack only approx. 3,800 items; accordingly, it is in an almost unused condition.
