This system is suitable for deburring, edge rounding, cleaning, smoothing, polishing and ball polishing of small to medium-sized workpieces. Due to the centrifugal force technology, intensive processing with short cycle times is achieved. The machine is particularly suitable for series production, metalworking, stamped parts, turned parts, milled parts, and smaller precision components.
The system is offered including pneumatic unit and control cabinet. The Z4 features an integrated separation unit for separating workpieces and media, as well as stepless rotational speed adjustment of the rotary plate via frequency inverter.
