The proven four-head rotary brush system removes adhesive overspray from the back sides of furniture fronts, delivering optimal edge quality. This result is achieved as the disc brushes are pneumatically controlled to apply pressure and clean the rear faces. The RBM 1500 is designed for a throughput of up to 2,000 parts per shift, making it the ideal brushing system for small to medium-sized production operations. The RBM 1500 features automatic size and thickness detection for furniture fronts. This enables adaptation to random part feeding with no loss of processing time. The flexible control system allows for brushing both rectangular and contoured parts. The low-maintenance brushes and long service life ensure low production costs.
