Chassis
Manufactured in self-supporting ALUMINIUM construction with corresponding reinforcements in the lower chord for particularly high stability and strength, cross members 140 mm high, reinforced version (for high floor loads). Additional reinforcement as gusset plate in the front lower chord / vehicle frame area. Aggregate chassis made of ALUMINIUM (maximum semi-trailer construction 39,000 kg).

Axles and Suspension
DC axle assemblies, 3 x 9 tons with DC air suspension, lifting and lowering functions, load pressure gauge, automatic lift axle with starting aid control (without tractor unit equipment).

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 30-40%
on steel rims, 11.75x22.5 ET 120,

Landing Legs
Aluminium landing legs with 2x10 t static load, for air suspension we use swiveling feet.

Brake System
According to E.C. standards, two-line brake system, EBS D+ system Wabco, spring-loaded parking brake acting on two axles, operated from the rear, aluminium air reservoir system,

According to EC directive 91/633 11.97/28 with 2 five-chamber tail lights,
Type Aspöck Europoint integrated into ALU rear closure, 24 volt system with 1x15 pin and 2x7 pin sockets, with side marker lamps in LED version, 2 reflective panels on the rear, front position lights 2x white, rear 2x red, 2 separate LED reversing lights integrated into side underrun protection,

Body/Tipper Body
Front wall load 17,250 daN, side and rear wall 10,400 daN (TÜV-CERT)
Aluminium tipper body, side walls 30 mm thick ALU plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide completely welded with lower and upper chord, plank profiles fully welded inside, floor as moving floor system laid on 140 mm aluminium cross members, floor forklift load approx. 9 t/m², cross members spaced closely (approx. 350 mm). Aluminium front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, straight version. Special ALU corner profiles in beveled design.
Smooth rear wall, straight design with 2 ALU swing doors, 50/30 mm thick with 2 locking rods, welded-in ALU rear frame in Teflon and inbox bearings. Doors secured when open with one side chain each. Hard wearing plates on the side walls, 4 mm thick, fully welded (approx. 3mx2mx4mm). Moving residual emptying wall with Kevlar tarp, approx. 1,500 mm long, plus side brushes with sealing. Service door front right in the front wall,

Moving floor system in the floor with hydraulically driven ALU profiles mounted on ALU square profiles with approx. 980 PE-HD glide shoes, type approx. 8.5 mm profile floor, hydraulics with approx. 200 mm working stroke, fixed halves on the front wall, separate option for connecting the hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed halves, pipe size NW 21, fixed halves with size and design to be specified, operating pressure 190-240 bar, ALU end pieces welded in the moving floor, electric operation at the left rear with remote control integrated in a lockable waterproof box, without hydraulic hoses, rear floor end caps reinforced / stainless steel
