The technology of the J850 is based on the PolyJet process, which delivers highly precise results with exceptional surface quality. The printer offers multiple layer thickness options: 14 µm, 27 µm, and 55 µm. Thanks to this flexibility, you can prioritize either precision or speed depending on your requirements. With an expanded build area of 490 x 390 x 200 mm, the J850 can handle an even larger number of complex, detailed models in a single print run, increasing efficiency and saving time. The GrabCAD Print software simplifies operation and enables you to prepare models and monitor the printing process.

The J850 supports a wide range of model materials, including the Vero family with opaque colors, vibrant VeroVivid shades, flexible Agilus30 materials, and transparent options such as VeroClear and VeroUltraClear. With its digital modeling capabilities, you can combine up to seven different materials in a single model, achieving unmatched realism with full color, transparency, flexibility, and various Shore A hardness levels. Additionally, over 500,000 different colors can be produced to create color-critical models without the need for painting or post-processing. The J850 is equipped with twelve material bays and features automatic material switching, enabling longer, unattended print runs with minimal downtime.

The J850 uses SUP705 and SUP706B as support materials, allowing you to effortlessly create complicated and delicate models. With several print modes—High Quality, High Mix, High Speed, and Super High Speed—you can adapt the printing process to your project requirements, whether you need maximum detail or rapid concept models. For improved post-processing, we recommend a WaterJet wash station, which can be offered alongside the printer.

The Stratasys J850 can be installed anywhere and requires no special setup conditions. Its compact design allows it to fit easily into a workspace with limited space. No special ventilation is necessary, as Stratasys PolyJet systems do not emit harmful fumes, dust, or other chemicals into your environment.
