When the cutting wheel becomes clogged with removed material, the user can select the automatic Direct Cutting mode with a constant feed speed or the Impact Cutting mode. The manual ExciCut mode is intended for separating harder and larger samples. An optional automatic X-table allows the use of MultiCut functionality, enabling the cutting of samples of identical or differing thickness as well as precise positioning cuts.

Time saving

A multifunctional knob allows for quick and easy setting of cutting parameters. Automatic speed adjustment saves time and allows the same cutting wheel to be used for various materials, eliminating the need for time-consuming wheel changes. Quick switching between manual and automatic mode is provided by a motorized cutting arm locking system, and a color icon display gives a complete overview of all key information.
