The universally applicable laser marking system LAS 28 XLe from Systemtechnik Hölzer GmbH is suitable for a very wide range of marking applications. With the integrated fiber laser, you can mark almost all materials such as steel, carbide, aluminum, and plastics.

Depending on your requirements, the system can be equipped with a 20, 30, or 50-watt fiber laser. For permanent markings, the use of a laser has now become indispensable across numerous industries.

The powerful laser software allows you to create texts, numbers, 2D codes, QR codes, and logos with just a few clicks—and without extensive programming knowledge. Serial and article numbers are automatically incremented after initial setup. In addition, the software can extract data (variable information such as drawing numbers, project names, etc.) from existing tables and automatically transfer them into predefined fields. The use of a hand scanner is also possible.

Standard equipment includes an integrated PC with Windows operating system and laser software. Optionally, the LAS 28 XLe laser model can be fitted with a rotary axis (3-jaw chuck) for marking cylindrical parts. Further options, such as side arms for the marking of long parts, motorized Z-axis, drawer systems, etc., are available.
