Accessories / Special equipment
The high-frequency drilling spindle is housed in a rectangular quill which performs the drilling feed and rapid retraction. This allows for significantly higher feed and rapid traverse speeds, and the travel distances of the drilling tool are considerably shorter. This enables much higher economical efficiency in small-diameter drilling operations.
The HF spindle is a GMN spindle type TSSV 120 S, oil-cooled, controlled via REFU.
Hydraulic workpiece clamping tailstock, motor-driven, approx. 0.8 kW, stroke approx. 40 mm, spindle speed max. 360 rpm, traversable approx. 450 mm longitudinally on the table.
Large coolant installation mounted on the machine with high-pressure pump approx. 100 bar and 5.5 kW output, tank volume approx. 250 litres with circulation pump, and with band filter unit 10 my (fleece), coarse chip collector.
Control panel with KM pressure indicator and effective current display as well as digital display for spindle speed, feed rate, and coolant temperature, and potentiometer for infinitely variable spindle speed and feed rate settings. Drilling depth/travel/return stroke are entered electronically via keyboard panel. Various warning and malfunction indicator lamps, process control managed by a SIEMENS S 5-100 U controller.
Fully soundproofed machine enclosure with sliding doors for quick changing of workpieces and tools (collet chuck mounting).
Various small-diameter drilling tools included.
