This is an electric furnace, whose heating system consists of resistance heating elements located near the fan unit. The fan ensures the circulation of the atmosphere in the heating chamber via the heating branches, thus warming the working atmosphere and the load in the furnace. The furnace working chamber is equipped with a separately regulated heating unit in the rear wall.
The furnace is fitted with a radial circulation fan with a horizontal shaft to ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire work space. The circulation fan drives heated air through the circulation ducts in the recirculation insert. All rotating parts are protected against accidental contact.
The temperature profile of the unit is controlled by a programmable PID industrial controller. This controller allows for the creation of up to 30 heat treatment programs, based on processing technology requirements and material batch specifications.
