The TruPrint 3000 is a universal medium-format machine (LMF / PBF / LPBF) featuring industrial parts and powder management.
Effective immediately, you benefit from even more flexibility, quality, and productivity for your series additive production:
Productivity is nearly doubled regardless of part geometry, and part costs are significantly reduced.
Automatic monitoring and calibration of the multilaser during ongoing build jobs enables optimal quality for printed multilaser components.
Latest developments in shielding gas guidance further increase part quality and reproducibility.
This is documented in parallel to the build job via Melt Pool Monitoring, enabling fulfillment of traceability requirements, for example, in the medical sector.
The TruPrint 3000 is highly flexible and adapts to individual customer requirements.
With a build volume of 300 mm diameter and 400 mm height, it is suitable for a wide range of industries.
Depending on part size and complexity, workflow preference, and production volume, you can flexibly choose between internal or external depowdering—all under shielding gas.
With external depowdering, you also minimize downtimes of the 3D printer by parallelizing work processes.
