mechanics-all wear parts of the machine are replaced, including the X-axis adjustment spindle. All assemblies are brought to a like-new condition. After the overhaul, the machine is comparable to a new one.

geometry-the machine is completely disassembled down to the guideways. Before restoring the geometry of the individual tables and assemblies, both X- and Z-axis guideways are hand-scraped and restored to an as-new condition. Upon completion, the machine receives a measurement protocol according to manufacturer specifications.

painting-after the geometry restoration, the machine is prepared for repainting. All housings, tables, and the machine bed are stripped of old paint, cleaned, and repainted.

hydraulics-the entire lubrication system, including lubrication unit, is replaced. The hydraulic unit is also completely overhauled.
