Automatic FARMALINE Packaging Line with extremely precise dosing systems for liquids or powders, integrated with a common section dedicated to labelling and final packaging. The complete technological process is connected via a single transport system allowing for alternating operation modes.

Pharmaceutical-grade finish – all product-contact parts are manufactured from materials approved for the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., AISI 316L, PTFE), ensuring ease of cleaning.

100% process control is provided through a detection and reject system at every stage to eliminate defective products.

An implemented production management system (3 access levels, production orders, operating parameters, process reporting) is included.

Operating speed in both modes: 25 packages/minute.

Automatic combination weigher for dosing powders and granulates:
Top loading and subsequent portioning via 14 weighing cells, from which the scale selects the combination providing the preset total weight for each cycle.
Very high accuracy due to precision weighing cells (individual cell error: +/-0.025g).
