TECHNICAL DATA & CONFIGURATION
Dimensions: 600 cm (L) x 240 cm (W) x 270 cm (H).
Flexibility: The positions of 2 windows and 1 door can be freely chosen at no extra cost (standard model).
Insulation: 5 cm EPS sandwich panels. Optional: PU or mineral wool.
Roof & Floor: Double roof protection (5 cm EPS sandwich panel + trapezoidal sheet), floor with wood-look PVC.
Optional Panel Thickness
The standard version includes sandwich panels with a thickness of 50 mm. Panel thickness can be increased to 80 mm or 100 mm on request.
The additional cost for 80 mm or 100 mm variants is calculated separately upon request.
Weight: Average weight approx. 900 kg (final weight will be communicated after loading).
PREMIUM OPTIONS & SECURITY (at additional cost)
Windows/Doors: Anthracite-coloured frames, tilt-and-turn function, triple glazing, or aluminium profiles instead of PVC.
Security: Fixed iron window bars or roller shutters (manual/electric).
Fit-out: Integration of WC, shower, partition walls, or kitchenette possible.

Climate control: Split air conditioning (heating/cooling) with optional protective grille for the outdoor unit (available at extra cost).
ELECTRICAL
Electrical: LED lighting, expandable sockets, distribution board with residual current device, 32-A CEE connection.
LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS & UNLOADING
Production & Customs: Direct shipping from Turkey. Complete customs clearance handled by us.
Delivery condition: The container is delivered fully assembled.
️ Important note on unloading: Unloading at the destination is the customer’s responsibility. Due to the weight (approx. 900 kg), a crane or suitable forklift is required for unloading.
PAYMENT TERMS & INVOICING
Business customers (B2B): 50% deposit (proforma), 50% before dispatch.
Private customers (B2C): 100% advance payment (proforma) upon order.
Bank details: Payments are to be made to our official VASG KFT accounts at Raiffeisenbank Hungary or Revolut Business. The commercial invoice will be issued after receipt of payment.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Upon request, we are happy to provide a revised quotation including shipping and VAT.
TIMELINE
Production: Custom manufacturing approx. 7–15 working days.
Delivery time: AT, DE, IT, HU: 7–14 days; other EU countries after dispatch: 10–20 days.
