Deskripsi
The machine is from approx. year 1980 and underwent a general overhaul by us in 2009/2010. Since then, it has been under our maintenance.
Scope of the overhaul included, amongst others:
- Electrical system almost completely renewed
- New control cabinet with Siemens S7-200 PLC
- New drive technology: Siemens Simodrive 611, feed motors Siemens 1FK7

- Heidenhain TNC 124 contouring control + electronic handwheel
- Heidenhain linear measuring systems on X, Y, and Z axes
- Heidenhain angle encoder on B-axis (rotary table)
- Spindle drive: three-phase asynchronous motor with DC braking electronics
- Renewal / overhaul of all hydraulic components
- New ball screws on X and Y axes
- Overhaul of the drive systems for all feed axes
- All axes have been newly hand-scraped
- Overhaul of the lubrication systems for the axes and spindle box
- Replacement and overhaul of the gearbox components in the spindle box
