1.4. Raw material requirements

Raw material has to comply with technical requirements for production of spotwelded reinforcement mesh - scale free, grease-free and rust-free.
Raw material can be profiled or plain with good welding properties, non-alloy, without impurities, Carbon equivalent not more than 0.4%, tensile strength max 650 N/mm2.
Ribs are fed pre-straightened and cut to size on suitable equipment with correct rotating device.


2.Technical specification

2.1. Used reinforcement mesh welding machine VIDA


Equipment is to be used for welding of reinforcement mesh.

Full set of equipment consists of the following:

- Manual loading of longitudinal ribs. Feeder of longitudinal ribs is with pipe gliders;
- Welding portal with 8 pneumatic welding presses;
- Power of each transformer is 110 KW – 6 pcs (4 pcs new, installed 2019, Sarmata, Italy);
- Feeder of transverse ribs is a pre-loading magazine. With help of pneumatic capture they are fed for welding. (see attached video)
- Length of flipping table is 6m with Schneider Electric control;
- Mesh stacker for mesh up to 6m.
- System with thyristor welding! Cabinet of control S7 300 Siemens
- Original technical documentation in Italian.
