About this model: Our ProfilineLP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that guarantees absolutely consistent results with up to 32 storable programs, eliminating the "human factor." It is as space-saving as a pallet wrapper with a horseshoe-shaped turntable and as robust as a closed system—this sums up the advantages of this machine perfectly! With the electromagnetic brake, the film tension can be precisely saved for each step (bottom wraps, wrap up, top wraps, wrap down) within the programs. Within each program, you can also set the speeds of the film carriage and turntable. Additionally, top wraps, bottom wraps, and film overlap at the end of the pallet can be stored individually per program. This way, you can create custom programs for every packing scheme to achieve consistently improved wrapping results. Access to the programs can be password-protected, so operators can only choose from predefined settings. Weighing 500 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1200 kg.
