About this model: Our ProfilineLP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that ensures absolutely consistent results with up to 32 storable programs, completely eliminating the “human factor.” It combines the compact design of a pallet wrapper with horseshoe turntable with the robustness of a closed system – that’s the core advantage of this machine! With the electromagnetic brake, you can precisely set the film tension during each step (bottom wrap, upward wrap / top wrap / downward wrap) and save these settings in the programs. Within each program, you can also configure the speeds of the film carriage and turntable. Additionally, the number of top wraps, bottom wraps, and the film overlap at the end of the pallet can be stored to every program. This makes it possible to create individual programs for every packaging scheme, enabling you to achieve consistently perfect wrapping results. Program access can be password-protected, so that operators can only select from pre-configured programs. With a weight of 500 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1,200 kg. Our Profiline LP features a 1,650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,500 mm in height as standard.
