Our Profiline TP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that guarantees absolutely consistent results with up to 32 storable programs, thereby ensuring reliable elimination of the ‘human factor’.

The electromagnetic brake allows you to precisely store the film tension for each program step (base wrapping, upward wrapping/head wrapping, downward wrapping).

Within the programs, you can also set the speed of the film carriage and turntable. Additionally, you can save top wraps, bottom wraps, and film overlapping at the end of the pallet for each program. This way, you can store individual programs for each packaging pattern to achieve ever more perfect wrapping results. Programs can be password protected so that the operator can only select from pre-set programs.

Weighing 420 kg, this model is designed for loads of up to 1,200 kg.

Our Profiline TP features a 1,650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,500 mm high as standard. Automatic pallet detection (using a photocell) comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. If you need to move the wrapper to another location, it can be lifted and transported easily with a forklift, using the built-in forklift recesses.
