Our "Starter" pallet wrapper is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper, perfect if you no longer want to wrap your pallets by hand or are looking for an affordable backup unit. Our Vogel Starter is possibly the most cost-effective pallet wrapper manufactured in Europe—without compromising on quality. Unlike our other pallet wrappers, the range of options on this model is deliberately limited; we wanted to create a wrapper that, through maximum standardization, can be produced as economically as possible while covering many application scenarios.

You can configure the three programs to set the speeds of the film carriage and turntable, and choose between "cross wrapping" or "upward only wrapping." You can also save head and foot wrap settings for each program. The film brake tension is easily controlled via a mechanical brake. The programs can be password-protected so that operators can only select from the pre-set programs.

Weighing 280 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1,200 kg. Our Starter pallet wrappers feature a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,100 mm high as standard. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is standard, as are adjustable head and foot wraps. If you need to move the wrapper to a different location, built-in forklift cutouts allow easy lifting and repositioning.
