Unable to test the boom due to a major oil leak in the boom section or at the piston seals. Additionally, the two smaller engines that operate the boom could not be tested. I was also unable to tilt the truck cab to fully inspect the engine, but visible leaks were present, with oil leaking from the PTO and the gearbox. The truck ran and drove, as shown in the video. There are no papers or keys for the aerial platform truck cab.
