The FluidWorker® 100 uses UV-C technology to efficiently and environmentally friendly reduce bacteria in the coolant fluids of machine tools. It is also successfully used for chemical-free control of bacteria in process water systems, such as parts washers, cleaning baths, quenching liquids, etc. By using a FluidWorker 100 at the machine tank, environmentally and health-damaging biocides can be significantly reduced. Biocides are a primary cause of allergies, respiratory diseases, and skin irritations among workers operating machine tools. Utilizing a FluidWorker 100 typically increases the service life of coolants by at least 30%, thereby saving on replacement and disposal costs for cooling fluids.

The FluidWorker® 100 operates in a bypass circuit at the machine tank. All necessary installation accessories are included in the package.
