Grinding Process Sequence
Step 1: After starting, the vacuum gripper picks up the top saw blade from magazine 1. Transfer to the Woodtronic NC4, cover is opened.
Step 2: The loader returns. The Woodtronic NC4 is closed and the grinding program is started. The loader removes the spacer ring from magazine 1 and transfers it to magazine 2. Wait position.
Step 3: After the grinding process and opening of the Woodtronic, the loader removes the ground saw blade and transfers it to magazine 2.
Process repetition
Steps 1 to 3 are repeated until the grinding process is completed.
Pre-programming possible: Grinding operation runs without interruption even while programming the next magazine. The Woodtronic NC4 can be pre-programmed during the day and operates automatically during the night.
Measurable with WALTER Saw Check: Rake angles, Clearance angles, Diameter, Number of teeth
