Attention:
The original Siemens S7-200 CPU 224 PLC is missing (see photo of electrical cabinet without PLC control), thus automatic operation is not possible in the current condition. The controller also managed the screw singulation process and the screwdriver itself. The vibrating bowl is fully functional even without PLC control; the built-in bowl controller does not require PLC signal.

Process:
Fasteners are filled into the bowl as bulk material and are moved upwards by the mechanical vibration of the bowl (micro-throw principle). The vibrating bowl automatically switches on or off depending on the fill level in the screw magazine. The screws are then pneumatically conveyed via a plastic hose to the downstream unit. The feed impulse for each individual screw is triggered externally by the downstream unit.
