We are selling a new Weishaupt dual-fuel burner -mu, model WM-GL20/4-A, equipped with a digital combustion manager WFM.

This unit was purchased as a backup, but has never been used and remains in its original packaging.

Output range (EL fuel oil): 350 - 2,450 kW
Fully automatic operation on both oil and gas sides with sliding two-stage or modulating control, depending on the type of capacity regulation.
Gas-side modulation range up to 1:8 possible.
Oil-side modulation range up to 1:5 possible.
Designed for the combustion of extra-light fuel oil according to DIN 51603 and natural gas according to DIN DVGW specifications, with the following components:
- Burner housing
- Blower with three-phase motor
- Integrated speed module for activation of frequency inverter (included)
- Combustion air control with actuator
- Fuel system consisting of high-pressure gear pump with pressure control valve, electrically operated solenoid valves as quick shut-off device, nozzle assembly, and nozzle
- Magnetic coupling to disengage the oil pump during gas operation
- Mixing device consisting of burner head and adjustable baffle plate for optimal combustion results
- Ignition system consisting of high-voltage ignition transformer, ignition cable with plug connector, and ignition electrodes
- Combustion manager for controlling all burner functions and output modulation via integrated electronic regulation system
- Suitable for continuous operation according to TRD 411 and 412
- Flame monitoring via UV cell

Digital combustion management:
With the W-FM 100 and W-FM 200* combustion managers, operating a combustion system becomes safer and more convenient. All essential functions, such as fuel and air supply or flame monitoring, are recorded and controlled with digital precision. The aim is to optimize operational processes, maximize efficiency, and minimize emissions. Thanks to digital combustion management, such optimization is now feasible with minimal effort. Installation and maintenance requirements are significantly reduced compared to conventional systems. For example, a separate control panel for burner operation is no longer necessary. In addition, remote control, remote diagnostics, and external monitoring of the system are possible, increasing safety and convenience for the operator.
