CNC special-purpose machine model HPC FLEX-V100 by Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik Vogtland. The system is configured as a single-spindle machining module with horizontal/vertical machining capability and an automatic pallet changer. It has been specifically designed for processing bearing cages.

The machining unit is based on a combination of two NC rotary tables (A and B axis), allowing for various machining positions and indexing angles. Using this 2-axis combination, a pallet with a clamping device is swiveled from the loading position to the machining position.

Loading is performed via an automatic pallet changer with a separate pallet infeed station. Direct loading within the machining area is not structurally intended.

The machine is equipped with comprehensive peripheral systems, including a coolant system with a high-pressure unit, chip conveyor, hydraulic power pack, water chiller, central lubrication, and oil and emulsion mist extraction.

Machine control is via Siemens SINUMERIK 840D.

Visually, it shows age- and operation-appropriate wear in the working area.
