The Terra-Star TSP.155 is the highest-throughput separator in the excavator class from 27 tons upwards.

The housing contains five shafts, while other manufacturers typically only use three, providing a clear throughput advantage. The additional shafts lengthen the screening path, giving the material considerably more space in the direction of motion to loosen up, and creating significantly more gaps for separated soil to pass through.

Furthermore, the arrangement of the shafts inside the housing is noteworthy. The shafts are positioned at a 15° angle to each other, forming a curve of rotating shafts which guide the material. This unique drive causes the soil to rotate around itself, delivering a distinct benefit for the Terra-Star system.

The separator offered here is equipped with shafts that are specifically designed for especially challenging soil types. The HX 500 blocks are welded onto a disc, allowing them to penetrate deeper into the material and transport the soil more efficiently.
